Jira ICT, 2Value and Byte Internet start Magento SLA

More webshops are made with Magento. And more webdevelopers come forward building it. But not every webdeveloper has the time or knowledge to support the customer after he finished his work creating the webshop. Both 2Value and Jira ICT came up with the idea to fulfill this need and start a Magento SLA.
Thus 2Value organized the Magento SLA workshop at Byte Internet in Amsterdam. Several Magento specialists joined to work out two subjects in two groups. The first group wrote down the technical requirements of a webshop. With this list of requirements the webshop of a potential client will be checked. The second group wrote down the roles of a Magento SLA team. Different type of people are required. A drink afterwards to celebrate the WINMAG PRO "Best of choice" 2009 award Jira ICT won.
