MageBridge patch for YOOtheme Explorer
Friday, 23 July 2010Another cool template from YOOtheme is now made compatible with MageBridge: With our new template-patch, the YOOtheme Explorer template still looks smooth when combined with the Magento Default Theme.
YOOtheme and RocketTheme template patches
This is the fourth template-patch for a YOOtheme design, and with it, the Magento e-commerce system can easily be integrated into a YOOtheme Explorer-based Joomla! site without editing any CSS-code. We aim to provide more patches for YOOtheme and RocketTheme template patches, trying to keep up with the rate at which these great template-clubs provide new templates.
While MageBridge takes care of the functional integration of Magento into Joomla!, the webdesign is always something that requires custom work. If the Magento project is large enough, the costs of a custom webdesign can be calculated in without much problem. But for smaller Magento sites, a custom Magento design might be ridiculously expensive.
Not only does MageBridge save you money by replacing the complex Magento theming system with the much easier to understand Joomla! templating engine. But with our template-patches it also becomes extremely cost-efficient to setup an entire Joomla!/Magento shop. You only need to edit a template which looks already smooth and slick out of the box.
