Our goal is to create technical solutions for Magento and Joomla! developers (both programmers as webdesigners). MagentoTM and Joomla!TM can be maintained by people with little technical knowledge, but we believe site implementations are done best by professionals.

While YireoTM is our international initiative, we operate in the Netherlands under the name Jira ICT. As a Dutch company we primarily run projects for the Dutch market, but of course we are also for hire from abroad. We focus on Joomla!TM, MagentoTM and MageBridgeTM projects, but also provide trainings, custom software and consults. In the Netherlands, Jira ICT is frequently sponsor of various events and is famed for its technical bootcamps.

With this role, Open Source Support Desk fills in the gap between customers in need of help and the open-source community.
