To see MageBridgeTM in action, you can visit the demo-websites below. Note that all demo-websites will be wiped-out once per day, destroying all changes made up to that point.
MageBridge defaults-demo
The "defaults" demo-website contains a default Joomla! installation and a default MagentoTM installation. Joomla!TM uses the template RHUK Milkyway, while Magento is also configured to use its Magento Default Theme. Both themes are unmodified, so the combined theming contains some glitches - but this gives you a good impression of what the default looks like.
You can create a new customer account and order fake items if you want to. Backend access to the Joomla! Administrator is also available with the following login-data:
- Username: admin
- Password: magebridge
MageBridge themes-demo (1)
The "themes" demo-website contains a MageBridge setup modified to demonstrate the combined theming. Both application make use of a commercial theme provided by Joomlart.
Some modification was needed to remove conflicting classes & IDs, but also double rounded-corners when displaying Magento blocks in modules. Still, choosing an existing Joomla!/Magento theme made life a lot more easier.

The "eshop" demo-website contains a MageBridge setup, the RocketTheme Mynxx template, and a corresponding MageBridge template-patch.
While Mynxx itself is optimized for VirtueMart, we have optimized it for MageBridge: The template-patch (available in the YireoTM Shop) includes rewrites of VirtueMart-modules as well.
MageBridge multilingual-demo
The multilingual demos use MageBridge with either Joom!Fish or Nooku - popular extensions to make translate Joomla! content into multiple languages.
MageBridge binds a Joomla! language to a specific Magento store. The language-configuration in Magento allows for translation of system-text as well as products and categories.
MageBridge template patches
Theming can be difficult in Magento, but with MageBridge you can style the Magento shop-elements using CSS of your Joomla! template.
With our RocketTheme template-patches, things are made even easier: By installing a RocketTheme templates together with one of our MageBridge RocketTheme template-patches, the shop looks sharp right away.
