MageBridge - Refund Policy
Yireo offers only refunds for MageBridge under specific terms & conditions, which are explained here on this page. Make sure to understand this policy, before purchasing MageBridge.
Refundable MageBridge products & services
The following MageBridge products & services are giving opportunities for refunds:
Refunds are only given by using the same details (name and emailaddress) as used to place the initial order.
Full refunds
Full refunds are GRANTED if all of the following conditions apply:
- Incompatibilities that are not listed with the MageBridge Known Issues
- Problems that occur on all hosting environments and are therefor reproducable regardless of the system requirements
- When the request for a full refund is made within the first 30 days after purchase
Partial refunds
If you are not happy with MageBridge, you can get a refund within 30 days after purchase - minus 50 Euro cancellation charges, unless a full refund is in place.
Partial refunds are GRANTED under the following circumstances:
- When a full refund is not applicable
- When the hosting environment is lacking, meaning that the problem could easily be solved by you switching hosting environment, but you not willing to do so
- When incompatibilities are already thoroughly documented, but you just did not read it
- When MageBridge conflicts with some Joomla! extension or setting, while this is listed in the MageBridge Known Issues
- When Magento and/or MageBridge don't fit in your business plans anymore
- When the request for a partial refund is made within the first 30 days after purchase
Non-refundable MageBridge products & services
The following MageBridge products and/or services are NOT refundable:
Services are time-related and can therefor not be refunded. The installation service comes with its own terms & services: Only when Yireo is unable to install MageBridge succesfully on your hosting environment, will the MageBridge Installation Service be refundable. Note that the MageBridge Installation Service does not include the actual MageBridge license.
Make sure what you purchase
MageBridge is complex, and therefor you should make sure that MageBridge is indeed what you want. If you are not familiar with Magento, and you think that MageBridge will allow you to build a shop without the need of diving into Magento, you're wrong.
