Video: MageBridge addon Rockettheme theme
With the MageBridge addon for RocketTheme templates you can easily setup your Joomla!/Magento combined webshop. In this tutorial we explain you how to setup the RocketTheme AfterBurner theme together with MageBridge.
Setup MageBridge Afterburner theme
In short, the steps below need to be following when setting up the theme addon in MageBridge:
- Visit the Rockettheme website and get your original theme www.rockettheme.com
- Install a clean Joomla and Magento website.
- Buy, install and configure MageBridge following our other guides on Yireo
- Buy and install the MageBridge addon for Rockettheme or Yootheme.
Read the README.txt file for more instructions - Open the MageBridge Configuration and unset the "reset.css, boxes.css, menu.css" under the "Theming" tab.
Warning
Please note that Magento uses a different JavaScript-engine (Prototype) than Joomla (MooTools). Because of this, Joomla extensions based on MooTools will not work on Magento pages - at least not out of the box. Check our other MageBridge tutorials for more information.
