SimpleLists offers a very flexible way to configure content-listings fast and efficient. It does so with flexibility in mind: As always, this requires you to first setup things correctly, but after this, management becomes a breeze. No need for a complex CCK. No need to make extra clicks.
Each SimpleLists item is similar to a Joomla! article: It gets a title and a text. But additionally you can configure an image and a link. These content-elements can then easily be switched on or off using the parameters. The link can point to numerous destinations (Joomla! articles, other SimpleLists links, images, files) - thanks to the flexible SimpleLists Link Plugin architecture, you can even point to other Joomla! components.
Images can be selected easily by using a popup gallery box. Each content-item can point to a certain destination link - this can be an article, Menu-Item, image, files - all can be selected easily. SimpleLists even adds some advanced tricks for user-friendliness: It remembers which sliding tab was open when you closed the window, and automatically enters default values when you add new items.
