Note that we do not make money by selling you software code. Instead, you purchase a support subscription, which gives you our effort and time. If we have already spent hours and are unable to find a solution, a full refund is in place. If we have already spent hours, and you want to a refund, while the terms above do not apply, we have to see how a refund can also apply to our time spent. This is done in all honesty.
